Shipping & Returns
1. Unopened/unused items can be returned within 30 days from delivery date. All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA number or we will reject them. Unopened/unused items must be returned and delivered to our warehouse within 30 days from delivery date. All unopened/unused items are non-refundable 30 days after delivery date. A restocking fee of 15% of the original price will apply.
2. Undamaged Opened/used items can be returned within 10 days from delivery date. All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA number or we will reject them. Items must be returned and delivered to our warehouse within 10 days from delivery date. All opened/used items are non-refundable 10 days after delivery date. A restocking fee of 30% will apply.
3. We do not provide return shipping label or box for any returned merchandise(s). Any shipping and packing expenses incurred while returning the merchandise(s) is the buyer's cost.
4. Damaged Items: Our return policy for bikes does not cover minor scratches found on the frame or any part of the bike or item. Also, we don't accept returns for damaged bike parts that we can replace(e.g. forks, handle bars, etc). Every possible effort is made to ship you a defective free bike. Only 2-3 % bikes shipped in the past have been found with any scratches or damage that have occurred during shipping.
5. The returned merchandise(s) must be in like new condition, no scratch, with original packaging and literature. Any damage or missing part will be deducted in the refund. We'll send you a refund, less shipping/handling charges or labor fees. The original shipping and handling fee of the free shipping items will be deduct in the refund.
6. Again, returned packages without a Return Authorization Number written on the box will be rejected.
7. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is not in the original/like-new condition or without a receipt.
